Transportation and Lodging

Special transportation and lodging rates are available for those seeking cancer treatments such as hyperthermia

Transportation and lodging should not be a reason why you miss your treatment. Even with the help of your family and friends, sometimes the distance, traffic, fatigue, and the cost can be a burden.

We Are Here To Help

Below are several free or reduced cost options if you are not from the area or have a difficult time coming to your appointment. Please note that these services are based on the availability of cancer survivors and advocates and not always the best option for last-minute arrangements.

We recommend that you schedule your ride and/or hotel stay five to seven days in advance to secure your place in line. If there is still an issue with transportation and lodging or you need assistance, please contact our office during regular business hours to talk about alternative options. We know the value of you visiting The Hyperthermia Cancer Institute (HCI) and want to make sure you are comfortable and safe throughout this process.

Some transportation companies will request our facility to recommend you for transportation. Our friendly front office staff is here to help you throughout this process. Please call us if you need any assistance.
